Společnost EA Czech dnes oznámila, že kvalifikace pro největší herní turnaj světa FIFA Interactive World Cup 2012 ve hře FIFA 12 na konzoli PlayStation 3 proběhne online skrze portál easports.cz. Vítězové vzejdou hned dva a postoupí do pozdní fáze polského offline turnaje.
Soutěž tedy bude mít podobný charakter jako v roce 2010, kdy z pražské dvoudenní akce v nákupním centru na Chodově vzešel jeden postupující do vyřazovací části dánského turnaje. Nyní bude ale vše pro větší pohodlnost hráčů organizováno prostřednictvím našeho webu a postupující dostaneme hned dva.
Proč dva? S polskými organizátory se nám podařilo vyjednat dvě místa v osmifinále jejich kvalifikace, která se uskuteční 21. dubna v centru Varšavy. Zde se v TOP16 představí náš český a slovenský zástupce. Kvalikační turnaje totiž budeme mít dva - jeden ryze pro hráče z ČR, druhý zase pro hráče ze Slovenska.
Registrace startuje ve středu 22. února a potrvá do pondělí 5. března. Hned v úterý 6. března se pak začne hrát formou Full-Double Elimination play-off na dva vítězné zápasy (na jeden v opravné části). V praxi turnaj tedy bude vypadat tak, že se na začátku objevíte v horní části pavouka, kterou budete postupovat, a pokud s nějakým soupeřem prohrajete dvakrát, spadnete do nižší části, kde už nesmíte zaváhat ani jednou. Zápasy se zde totiž na rozdíl od horní části budou hrát pouze na jedno utkání. Hraje se samozřejmě na aktuální verzi FIFA 12 na konzoli PlayStation 3 v online módu.
Vítězové obou kvalifikací obdrží kromě zmíněného slotu na polském turnaji také proplacenou cestu a účast v něm. Registrovat se můžete na:
Závěrem pouze připomínka, aby se čeští hráči registrovali pouze do českého a slovenští zase do slovenského. Není možné hrát v obou zároveň, nebo naopak pouze v jednom ale špatném. Jinými slovy česká kvalifikace je určena pro hráče z České republiky, slovenská pak pro hráče ze Slovenské republiky. Při porušení následuje diskvalifikace z obou.
